The Sales Associate helps provide customers with a positive shopping experience while supporting daily store operations during the busy holiday season. This role involves assisting customers with product selection, promoting merchandise and store events, processing purchases, and keeping displays organized and well-stocked. Sales Associates work with store management and team members to support sales goals, maintain an inviting shopping environment, and deliver excellent customer service.

• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Comfortable using technology and willing to learn new systems, store policies, and procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
