They also help maintain store standards and create a welcoming, positive shopping experience.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask while assisting customers and supporting store operations.
• Energetic, team-oriented attitude and interest in American Eagle and Aerie products.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
