This position is located in Staten Island, NY.

• Assist customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Represent the Cotton On Kids brand and its values.
• Create a welcoming and memorable shopping experience.
• Maintain an organized and inviting sales floor.
• Merchandise and replenish products as needed.
• Support daily store operations and inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Help maintain a positive shopping environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• At least 6 months of work experience required.

• Previous retail experience is preferred, preferably in fast fashion.

• Strong understanding of sales, inventory management, and customer service.

• Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand and move throughout shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, squat, kneel, and safely use ladders or step stools.
