• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register, process customer transactions, and handle payments accurately.
• Stock shelves, replenish merchandise, and maintain proper product displays.
• Unload deliveries, organize inventory, and rotate products as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and direct them to the appropriate items.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently.
• Support multiple store functions, including cashiering, stocking, cleaning, and merchandise handling.
• Maintain productivity, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months of recent retail experience is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to work effectively with coworkers and complete tasks efficiently.
• Must have open availability, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliability, punctuality, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift or move merchandise, with or without reasonable accommodation.
