The Brand Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while representing the Banana Republic brand on the sales floor. The role supports the stores sales and service goals by engaging customers, providing personalized styling recommendations, and sharing strong product knowledge. The Brand Associate works closely with the Store Leadership team and fellow sales associates to maintain an inviting, customer-focused environment and support overall store performance. The position reports to the Store Leadership team.

• Support in-store and digital shopping needs across customer service channels.

• Use retail technology and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous retail, customer service, sales, or hospitality experience required.
• Experience with POS systems and completing transactions.
• Strong interest in fashion, styling, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to engage customers, build relationships, and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to make personalized recommendations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
