Crew Members provide friendly and efficient service while supporting daily restaurant operations. They greet customers, take orders, prepare food and beverages, process payments, and package orders accurately. Crew Members also maintain clean dining and kitchen areas, restock supplies, and follow food safety and sanitation procedures. This role requires dependability, teamwork, and a positive attitude in a busy environment.

This position is located in Staten Island, New York. 

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process cash and card payments.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Package customer orders correctly.
• Maintain clean and sanitary dining and kitchen areas.
• Restock food, packaging, and other supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety, health, sanitation, and workplace procedures.
• Work with management and team members to support daily operations and provide a positive customer experience.

• Previous fast-food or restaurant experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to job responsibilities.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and dependability.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and accept training.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean, professional appearance and following uniform requirements.
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight hours.
