Position Overview

The Private Client Banker provides exceptional customer service by greeting clients, understanding their needs, and assisting with account services and day-to-day banking transactions. The position helps clients open and maintain accounts, resolve issues, and use digital banking tools such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. The role builds trusted client relationships by listening, showing empathy, educating clients about banking products and solutions, and partnering with branch team members to support financial goals. The Private Client Banker also performs branch operations, including cash handling, while following bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and create a welcoming environment.
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service.
  • Assist with account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts.
  • Help clients with daily banking transactions.
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
  • Listen to client needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients.
  • Resolve client issues quickly and accurately.
  • Manage lobby traffic, client check-ins, and appointments.
  • Handle cash and support branch operations.
  • Follow banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with the branch team to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in client relationship management, customer service, sales, business development, banking, or financial services required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate banking or financial solutions.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, active listening, and networking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet sales and business goals while maintaining client service standards.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, digital banking technology, and regulatory
  • compliance.

Pay Range

USD $25.00 - USD $30.29 /Hr.
