Milky Ice is a small ice cream cafe originally started in the Middle East and now finding a new home in the States. 

Seeking customer-focused Team Members with hospitality experience and a valid Food Handler’s Certification. Candidates with barista, restaurant, or customer service experience are preferred.

• Prepare and serve beverages, ice cream, and other menu items according to company standards
• Maintain product quality, presentation, and proper portioning
• Assist with stocking and maintaining product availability

• Provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service
• Answer questions about menu offerings and assist guests with selections
• Promote featured products and add-on sales

• Maintain clean and organized service areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members during busy service periods

• Valid Food Handler’s Certification
• Previous hospitality, restaurant, barista, or customer service experience
• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
• Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety procedures

• Bilingual Spanish fluency
• Previous barista or café experience
• Experience in a high-volume hospitality environment
