This positions is located in Staten Island, New York.

• Supervise front-end operations and store associates
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
• Coach, train, and develop team members
• Support merchandising, operations, and store performance goals
• Promote a safe and inclusive work environment
• Coordinate associate schedules, meal breaks, and workload priorities
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding efforts
• Reinforce asset protection and shortage prevention strategies

• Minimum 1 year of retail supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods
