Position Overview

The Car Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering Insomnia Cookies products safely, accurately, and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service to guests. Reporting to the Store Manager or Shift Leader, this role supports the bakery’s delivery operations by ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining order quality, and creating positive customer interactions. Delivery Drivers play an important role in creating a positive customer experience through reliable service and professional communication. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, independence, and a commitment to safety. 

 
This position is located in Staten Island, NY.

Key Responsibilities

 
  • Verify all orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
  • Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream safely and on time while following company procedures.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service during in-person and phone interactions.
  • Use Insomnia Cookies' delivery app in accordance with company standards.
  • Provide customers with accurate delivery status updates.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
  • Must have a smartphone with an active data plan.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the local delivery area preferred.
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused work ethic.

Pay Range

USD $18.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
