Position Overview

Medical Assistants play an integral role, collaborating with both the administrative & clinical teams to provide each and every patient with an exceptional experience! As a Medical Assistant, you will play an instrumental role in evaluating and treating our patients by executing on a number of clinical & charting duties under the guidance of our providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist physicians and/or advanced practitioners in patient diagnosis by performing patient intake, specimen collection, and other lab and testing services.
  • Obtain patient vitals, physical stats, and medical history for each patient visit using their EMR System.
  • Perform phlebotomy and EKG as needed.
  • Promote operational efficiency and patient satisfaction through execution of clinical and administrative duties. Collaborate with clinical team members to provide the highest quality of patient care possible.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience
  • Comfortable providing services in patients' homes
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Experience with vital signs, patient care, and documentation preferred

Requirements

  • Medical Assistant Certificate
  • Completion of Clinical Externship
  • Minimum of two years’ experience working in a healthcare setting.

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Flu Vaccine, Proof of Covid Vaccination Card, and Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Minimum of two years’ experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in urgent care.

Pay Range

USD $25.00 - USD $28.00 /Hr.
