Position Overview

Taco Bell is hiring Team Members to train for future Supervisor positions. In this role, employees provide customer service, prepare food, maintain cleanliness, and follow food safety standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Team Members support daily restaurant operations by assisting customers, working collaboratively with staff, and helping ensure quality service. This position offers opportunities to develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while preparing for future supervisory responsibilities.

 

This position is located in Staten Island, New York.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to guests.
  • Take customer orders and ensure order accuracy.
  • Prepare food according to company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process payments.
  • Support restaurant operations by working collaboratively with team members and shift leaders.
  • Assist with training new team members and support supervisors and managers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in food service or a fast-paced restaurant environment required.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
  • Must be reliable and dependable.
  • Must be willing to learn supervisory responsibilities.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts based on business needs.
  • Must be available to work either 7:00 PM–1:00 AM or 8:00 PM–3:45 AM shifts.

Pay Range

USD $17.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
