The Retail Sales Associate serves as an ambassador of the Burlington brand by helping create a positive experience for every customer. This role supports customers by providing assistance, helping locate merchandise, maintaining an organized sales floor, and supporting daily store operations. Associates may work across various store departments, including Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot. The position also supports the management team with merchandising, register operations, and maintaining store appearance standards.

This position is located in Staten Island, New York.

• Greet customers and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
• Help customers locate merchandise as needed.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and clean sales floor.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance.
• Support housekeeping and store appearance standards.
• Assist with register operations and bagging merchandise.
• Support day-to-day store operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Previous retail experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be eager to learn and work alongside a team.
• Must have open availability, including weekends, nights and holidays.
