Position Overview

The Crew Member works across multiple stations in the restaurant, including Tortilla, Salsa, Prep, Grill, Expo, and Take-Out. This role is responsible for preparing food, interacting directly with customers, and ensuring meals are made to Chipotle standards. Crew Members help maintain a smooth and efficient operation while providing a positive guest experience. The position requires teamwork, flexibility, and a willingness to assist wherever needed during a shift.

 

This position is located in Staten Island, NY, 10309.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
  • Take customer orders accurately and process payments using a POS system.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and equipment.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and contribute to a positive, customer-focused workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of food service, restaurant, or hospitality experience.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Experience handling cash and operating a POS system preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed.
  • Open availability, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Pay Range

USD $17.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
