Position Overview

The Team Member plays a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience by assisting guests, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

This position is located in Staten Island, NY.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly, professional service
  • Prepare and serve baked goods and beverages according to company standards
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately
  • Restock displays and maintain product presentation
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized café environment
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations
  • Assist with opening, closing, and other operational tasks as needed

Requirements

 
  • Previous food service experience required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Ability to multitask and follow company procedures
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Pay Range

USD $17.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
