Position / Service Title: Room Attendant
USD $27.90/Hr - $29.90/Hr
o Clean and prepare guest rooms, including stayover and check-out rooms, adhering to
established hotel procedures and brand standards.
o Remove soiled linens and towels and place in back landings.
o Make beds, change linens, and replace towels.
o Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including showers, toilets, sinks, and floors.
o Dust, polish, and wipe down all surfaces.
o Service Minibar.
o Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors.
o Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
o Replenish in-room amenities such as toiletries, coffee supplies, and stationery.
o Arrange all clothing items in occupied guestrooms are folded neatly.
o Perform self-inspections of all assigned rooms to ensure they meet quality and brand
standards before reporting them as ready.
o Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly utilizing HotSos.
o Maintain a neat, organized, and well-stocked housekeeping cart and linen closet.
o Ability to stand, walk, pull, push, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods.
o Ability to lift and carry up to 25-30 pounds.
o Manual dexterity to operate cleaning equipment and handle supplies
