A Skilled Nursing Facility located in the heart of Staten Island is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). It is our mission to serve the residents of Staten Island through the provision of high quality, affordable and accessible health services.

A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides basic, hands-on care for patients, helping with daily activities like bathing, dressing, eating, and using the restroom, while also monitoring vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature) and reporting changes to nurses and doctors. CNAs are essential for patient comfort, safety, and mobility, performing tasks.

• Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided

• Assisting at meals

• Following infection control and center policies

• Measuring and recording heights and weights temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed

• Reports all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor as soon as practical
