Must be licensed by New York State as a Security Guard. Must have Fire Guard F04 or willing to acquire within 30 days of hire( Nightlife Guard Only). Must be able and willing to de-escalate confrontations or incidents Experience working in role is highly preferred

Requires the ability to maintain a strong physical presence in potentially confrontational situations, including crowd control and de-escalation of incidents.
