Position Overview

SERVER

Pay: $10.65/hr + tips (luxury dining scale)
Schedule: Morning, Day, Evening shifts

Position Purpose

Servers are the primary drivers of the Cipriani dining experience, responsible for guiding guests through service with confidence, discretion, and impeccable timing.

 


BARTENDER

Pay: 11/hr + tips

Position Purpose

Bartenders are responsible for delivering flawlessly executed cocktails while maintaining control of pace, atmosphere, and guest engagement at the bar.


HOST / HOSTESS

Pay: $26/hr
Schedule: Morning, Day, Evening shifts

Position Purpose

Hosts manage the front door and dining room flow, serving as the first and last impression of the Cipriani brand.

 


 

RESERVATIONS AGENT

Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible; evenings, weekends, holidays as needed

Position Purpose

The Reservations Agent supports front desk and revenue operations by managing hotel reservations with accuracy, discretion, and a luxury-service mindset. This role plays a key part in pre-arrival guest experience and revenue optimization.

 


DOOR ATTENDANT

Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time; evenings, weekends, holidays as required

Position Purpose

The Door Attendant creates the first impression of the hotel, welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.

 


OVERNIGHT IN-ROOM DINING SERVER

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Overnight shifts, weekends, holidays

Position Purpose

Responsible for delivering discreet, polished in-room dining service during overnight hours while working independently.

 


STEWARD / DISHWASHER

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Day Shift required

Position Purpose

Maintains kitchen sanitation, cleanliness, and operational support for culinary and service teams.

 


LINE COOK

Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Morning, Day, Evening; 8–10 hour shifts

Position Purpose

Prepare and execute menu items with consistency, speed, and high culinary standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

 


BUSSER

Pay: 15/hr + tips
Schedule: Day and Evening shifts

Position Purpose

Bussers maintain the cleanliness and flow of the dining room to support seamless service.

RESERVATIONS AGENT

Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible; evenings, weekends, holidays as needed

 

• Respond to guest calls and emails regarding rooms, rates, and services
• Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations using the reservation system
• Maintain accurate room availability, rates, and packages
• Execute a personalized pre-arrival experience
• Upsell room categories and hotel services
• Process billing and secure reservations accurately
• Maintain detailed guest profiles and preference notes
• Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and sales teams
• Handle guest concerns professionally
• Run daily reports and complete administrative tasks
• Adhere to data privacy and security standards
• Perform switchboard and administrative duties

 


DOOR ATTENDANT

Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time; evenings, weekends, holidays as required

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival
• Open doors and assist with luggage
• Coordinate transportation and valet services
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of entrance areas
• Monitor and report security concerns
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints
• Work closely with front desk, bell, and concierge teams

 


OVERNIGHT IN-ROOM DINING SERVER

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Overnight shifts, weekends, holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and present in-room dining orders
• Set up and clear trays/trolleys with attention to detail
• Enter orders and close checks via POS
• Anticipate guest needs and dietary restrictions
• Maintain overnight service areas and mise en place
• Communicate with kitchen and front desk
• Follow overnight security and closing procedures


STEWARD / DISHWASHER

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Day Shift required

Key Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment
• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment
• Maintain kitchen floors, surfaces, and waste disposal
• Assist with basic food prep as needed
• Restock cleaning supplies
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations

 


LINE COOK

Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Morning, Day, Evening; 8–10 hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items per recipes
• Set up and stock workstations
• Coordinate timing with kitchen team
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety
• Assist with inventory and deliveries
• Follow all health and safety procedures

 


BUSSER

Pay: 15/hr + tips
Schedule: Day and Evening shifts

• Clear and reset tables efficiently
• Refill water and assist guests
• Support servers and runners
