Experience using computers and basic retail technology (e.g., smartphones, tablets, or point-of-sale systems) to access, input, and manage information
Ability to maintain store standards, including merchandising, restocking, and general housekeeping (e.g., zone recovery)
Experience working in a team environment and supporting cross-functional tasks to meet customer service goals
Awareness of store safety and security practices, including identifying and reporting potential risks or concerns
Ability to learn and operate store equipment and systems relevant to assigned department
