Admin Assistant

Preparing of expense reports for auditing and invoicing purposes Manage CEO calendar and schedule activities Maintaining and updating files, both hard copy and electronic Recommending purchase of materials or resources needed for office staff or participants Responding to routine telephone calls and referring calls, visitors and guests to the appropriate staff
Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years experience in administrative work High School Diploma Requires some evenings and occasional weekend work
Key Responsibilities
Preparing expense reports for auditing and invoicing purposes
Assisting with daily administrative tasks regarding overall office management, organizing the office schedule, and office activities
Manage CEO's calendar
Responding to routine telephone calls and referring calls, visitors, and guests to the appropriate staff.
Ability to manage social media accounts
Research and gain knowledge of relevant community activities for organizational involvement
Performing basic word processing assignments as needed
