• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and achievement of sales goals

• Supervise, train, and coach store associates to ensure high performance and customer service standards

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management of team members

• Oversee store opening and closing procedures

• Ensure proper merchandising, stocking, and maintenance of store appearance and planograms

• Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and support loss prevention efforts

• Handle cash management, register operations, and bank deposits accurately

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Support Store Manager in administrative tasks and reporting as needed

• Step in to perform Store Manager duties in their absence
