Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and achievement of sales goals
Supervise, train, and coach store associates to ensure high performance and customer service standards

Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management of team members
Oversee store opening and closing procedures
Ensure proper merchandising, stocking, and maintenance of store appearance and planograms
Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and support loss prevention efforts
Handle cash management, register operations, and bank deposits accurately
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Support Store Manager in administrative tasks and reporting as needed
Step in to perform Store Manager duties in their absence
