The Server is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly, attentive, and efficient food and beverage service. This role ensures guests enjoy their visit by accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages promptly, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced setting and work collaboratively with team members to provide outstanding customer service.

This position is located in Staten Island, NY.

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring order accuracy
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond to additional needs
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
• Process guest payments and handle cash, credit card transactions, and receipts accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and team members to ensure efficient service flow
• Promote menu items, specials, and promotions when appropriate
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary
• Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned

• Previous restaurant, serving, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Experience operating POS systems preferred
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
