Position Overview

Open Position: Team Member
Commitments: Multiple openings
Compensation: $17 per hour + Tips
F/T or P/T: Full-Time and Part-Time available
Shifts: Morning, afternoon, evening, weekends
 
Experience: Previous café, restaurant, or hospitality experience (barista or crew member preferred).
Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong customer service, teamwork, communication, and multitasking.
Culture Fit: Energetic, guest-focused, wellness-oriented, and passionate about plant-based ingredients.
Hiring Timeline: Immediate hiring
 
• Café, smoothie, juice bar, coffee shop, or fast-casual experience preferred
• Barista or counter service experience preferred
• Strong customer service and friendly personality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in wellness or plant-based food
• Ability to multitask (orders, drinks, register)
• Reliable availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities: Preparing juices and smoothies, assisting customers, operating the register, maintaining cleanliness, supporting team members, and delivering a great guest experience.

Pay Range

USD $17.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
