The Host/Hostess is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for guests by greeting and seating them in a friendly and efficient manner. This role manages wait times, coordinates seating flow, and supports overall guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, entertainment-driven environment.

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival

• Manage waitlists and provide accurate wait time estimates

• Seat guests efficiently while balancing server sections

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area

• Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries

• Communicate effectively with servers and management regarding seating and guest needs

• Assist with crowd control during peak hours

• Provide menus and inform guests of specials or promotions

• Support overall guest experience from arrival to departure
