Brief description of position:
Performance of the essential functions of this position require the Associate to possess the minimum qualifications listed above. These functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Assist Customers: Greet, answer questions, resolve complaints, and provide guidance.
Handle Transactions: Operate POS systems, process payments, refunds, and coupons accurately.
Maintain Store Appearance: Keep counters, displays, and surrounding areas clean and organized.
Support Team: Collaborate with staff across departments, restock items, and help as needed.
Promote Store Programs: Inform customers about loyalty programs, promotions, and specials.
