Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and reception support for the WeCARE program, helping manage daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment. The role includes greeting participants, answering calls, and directing inquiries while ensuring participants understand program processes and requirements. Responsibilities also include scheduling appointments, conducting outreach to individuals who miss appointments, and maintaining accurate participant records and documentation. The position requires regular data entry, report review, and scanning of documents into computerized systems to support program operations.

Pay Range

USD $19.23 - USD $20.19 /Hr.
