This position provides personalized in-home support to clients, assisting with personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship to help individuals maintain their independence and well-being. The role involves monitoring clients’ health, behavior, and overall needs, and reporting any changes to ensure appropriate care. Staff must follow each client’s Plan of Care, including assisting with medication management as directed. The position also requires strict adherence to company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of safety and quality care.

• Flexible scheduling based on client assignments, with current needs for part-time staff with morning and weekend availability.

• HHA certification required to perform duties in accordance with state and agency standards.

• Demonstrated compassion and commitment to supporting individuals with daily living needs.

• Ability to assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing and hygiene support.

• Willingness to support household tasks such as light housekeeping and meal preparation.

• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes throughout assigned service areas.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or activity.
