Bestcare staff members are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week with most service offices being open 365 days per year.

Position Overview

Home Care Staffing Coordinators are a liaison between Home Health Aides, Patient/Client and the RN-Home Care Supervisor. They are responsible for managing schedules, recruiting qualified staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations to provide quality care to clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Staffing Coordinator you will:
  • Identify and assign staff to meet client needs
  • Communicate with RN-Home Care Supervisor regarding all new clients, changes in staff assignments and client needs
  • Provide general information to the public regarding home care services
  • Collect initial intake information from clients
  • Ensure employee files are complete and up to date with all required documentation
  • Be available on a rotating schedule for On Call evening and weekend service

Pay Range

USD $21.00 - USD $21.00 /Hr.
