As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you provide hands‑on, in‑home support that helps clients live safely and independently in their own homes. HHAs spend more time with clients than many other care team members and play a key role in clients’ day‑to‑day well‑being.

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) and support with mobility/ambulation

• Assist with transfers and use of medical equipment as directed

• Help with nutrition, fluid intake, and simple meal prep

• Offer companionship and encouragement

• Monitor and report client conditions to clinical staff

• Perform light housekeeping related to care

• Remind clients about medications and support self-administered meds

• Respect client confidentiality and rights
